Chiral Software's Crash Course Seminar Series

The hardest part of learning completely new technologies is getting started. We have chosen a select few technologies with the following characteristics:

• These technologies will cause a major change in the software industry, either by creating new ways of achieving the same goals with a radical improvement in efficiency, or by being able to do entirely new things
• They are hard to get started with, because the learning curve to using them productively is very steep
• We have had extensive real-world experience with the technology

The two technologies we have selected for our seminar series are the Google Android mobile platform and the JBoss Seam component framework.

In our two-day 16-hour crash-course seminars, you will go from being new to the subject to being able to use it to get your work done productively. You will go from "newb" to "developer" within sixteen hours over two days. Our courses are sixteen hours of high-intensity training. You will also be ready to apply what you know the next day at work.

Our focus is on getting you to start using it, then start thinking in it. Once you break those barriers, there will be no more barriers for you to start using these technologies.

At present, we are offering two subject areas: Google's Android mobile platform, and the JBoss Seam component framework.
